Bidirectional Double Deck Automatic Molding Line
At INNOVAS, with our expert and experienced team, we provide project design services tailored to your company's specific needs and requirements.
In this project, two different types of chocolate can be produced simultaneously thanks to the two depositors on the line. The double-deck cooling tunnel enables fast production of two different varieties with less automation and optimum use of space.
The molds, which are automatically loaded into and unloaded from the tunnel, are directed to the demolding robot after leaving the cooling tunnel. The chocolates removed from the molds can be placed in three different ways:
Placement Modes
- Mode 1: Directly onto the belt at specified intervals
- Mode 2: Onto plates arriving synchronously from the plate feeding system
- Mode 3: Into plastic separators according to the desired number of layers
Operating Principle of the Line
- Chocolate is deposited into molds at filling temperature by the One-Shot depositors.
- The molds are directed to the vibration unit to remove air pockets and ensure the chocolate spreads evenly.
- Of the molds leaving the vibration unit, the mold on one side is directed directly to the first deck of the cooling tunnel.
- The mold on the other side is directed to the second deck by an elevator. Thus, the cooling tunnel is fed simultaneously by two depositors.
- At the exit of the cooling tunnel, the molds on the first deck are directed directly to the chain conveyor.
- The molds on the second deck are lowered by the elevator, and the sensor signals the arrival of a mold, advancing the chain conveyor by one step.
- At the cooling tunnel exit, the molds are flexed at each corner and directed to the automatic chocolate demolding robot.
- The robot places the chocolates removed from the molds onto separators automatically fed by the other conveyor.
- The empty molds enter the heating tunnel and are fed back into the system.
